My name is Kelsey, and I am a truth-seeker on an eternal quest to infuse more joy into my life, and into other’s. Though I have enjoyed a fulfilling and fun life, once I became fully determined to actively step into my body and out of my head, my life’s joy-o-meter dramatically shifted!
What I’ve found is that once I moved from thinking-to-feeling, the ordinary became extraordinary, and life began to really move in the direction toward the greater good, allowing a greater perception of the bigger purpose. Through my work, I’ve realized that the most nourishing gift of all is to support one another in the amazing opportunity to learn to transition from getting out of our heads and into our bodies, from thinking-to-feeling, to ultimately fully opening the floodgates of clarity, receptivity, and expansive joy.
As an Air-Sign-Libra, I can be one heady gal who likes to know what is going to happen, when it will happen, and how it happens. In the past, it was typical of me to create to-do lists a mile long, and to feel that I constantly had to be accomplishing something, otherwise I wasn’t doing enough. And even though I’ve had many fun adventures, I never used to experience sustained joy, because I felt I needed to stay on top of life and was always thinking of what to do next instead of just experiencing the moment.
The Blooming Womb Project is my journey and it will unfold and bloom as I do the same. I’d love for you to join me so we can support each other in the process of unfolding. I offer classes that invite you out of your head and into your body, allowing you too to experience the shifts that begin to happen once we allow our bodies to move the way they were meant to.
In addition to being the creative inspiration behind Blooming Womb. I am the mother of two adorable little ones, I am a long-time practitioner and teacher of yoga, a metaphysical self-help junkie, a lover of western astrology, and a firm believer in the power of magic. I also feel deeply in my flow and connected to source when creating just about anything, spending time in nature and when cuddling with those I love. My most recent obsessions are vegan cooking, mantra, conscious parenting and finding joy in the unexpected.
