In this series you will explore self healing modalities that combat the debilitating effects of anxiety and create profound uplifting effects. Learn these tools that will help break the psychological, biochemical and physiological cycles of chronic anxiety. This program is designed to help people to overcome anxiety through learning root causes, triggers and then learning self regulation skills that you can bring into your life in any moment or situation.
The two hour sessions will include informative and comprehensive presentations, hands on experiences and practices including movement, breath work and deep relaxation. You will not be expected to share your experiences with the rest of the group but you will be expected to practice your new skills regularly throughout the course of the series.
You will walk away with a course manual so that you can continue to embody these new skills once the series is over.
This workshop is comprised of 4 meetings on the following Tuesdays (August 29th, September 5th, September 19th and September 26th) from 7-9pm. It is essential that you try to attend all four sessions for the best results.
